ADMINISTRATION
Our institutions are built on a hierarchical structure that ensures effective decision-making and management. At the top of the hierarchy is the Chairman, who oversees the entire organization and ensures that everything runs smoothly. Department heads, such as the Vajra Master, the principal of the monastic and college, physicians at Yuthok Tendar Medical Service Centre, the chief editor of the Choeki Woenang Editorial Committee, and the construction manager, are responsible for managing their respective departments and ensuring that they meet their objectives. In addition to the hierarchical structure, committees play a vital role in promoting Buddha Dharma’s proliferation, Sangha’s welfare, and the monastery’s development. These committees are responsible for ensuring that the spiritual values of the community are upheld and that the interests of the community are safeguarded. They make decisions that are in the best interest of the community and ensure that everyone’s needs are met. We take pride in our community’s commitment to upholding spiritual values and ensuring that everyone is taken care of. We believe that by working together and supporting each other, we can achieve great things and make a positive impact on the world around us. Our institution’s success is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our community members, and we are proud to be a part of it.
