Department heads, such as the Vajra Master, the principal of the monastic and college, physicians at Yuthok Tendar Medical Service Centre, the chief editor of the Choeki Woenang Editorial Committee, and the construction manager, are responsible for managing their respective departments and ensuring that they meet their objectives. In addition to the hierarchical structure, committees play a vital role in promoting Buddha Dharma’s proliferation, Sangha’s welfare, and the monastery’s development. These committees are responsible for ensuring that the spiritual values of the community are upheld and that the interests of the community are safeguarded. They make decisions that are in the best interest of the community and ensure that everyone’s needs are met.
